Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsep nilai-nilai religiousitas yang diterapkan oleh komunitas rohani Home For Generation dan menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai-nilai religiousitas yang dilakukan komunitas rohani Home For Generation. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui sumber data primer dan sekunder, sumber data primer diperoleh melalui tujuh informan anggota remaja dengan rentang usia 18-21 tahun, empat key infoman yakni fasilitator, pembina dan pengurus komunitas dan temuan penelitian dikonfirmasi kepada expert opinion. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan melalui adanya studi pustaka dan dokumentasi penelitian di lapangan. Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dandokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukan adanya konsep nilai-nilai religiousitas yang diterapkan oleh komunitas rohani Home For Generation yakni konsep religious Love God Love People yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk pelaksanaan kegiatan Brother Sister Keepers, aktivitas peribadatan, pengetahuan religious, pengalaman dan pengamalan nilai religious. Sedangkan konsep nilai religiousitas tersebut diinternalisasikan melalui adanya strategi transformasi nilai religiousitas, bentuk transaksi nilai religiousitas dan transinternalisasi nilai religiousitas berbasis hubungan interpersonal. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini konsep nilai religiousitas yang diterapkan oleh komunitas Home For Generation Love God Love People dapat diinternalisasikan dalam mendukung pembentukan karakter positif remaja sebagai bagian dari pengembangan civic community dimasyarakat. Kata Kunci : Internalisasi, Nilai-Nilai Religiousitas, Pembentukan Karakter, Remaja, Komunitas, Civic Community ***** This study aims to identify the concept of religious values applied by the Home For Generation spiritual community and analyze the process of internalizing religious values carried out by the Home For Generation spiritual community. This research uses qualitative design and approach with descriptive method. Primary data sources were obtained through seven teenage member informants with an age range of 18-21 years, four key informants namely facilitators,coaches and community administrators and research findings confirmed to expert opinion. Meanwhile,secondary data was obtained through literature studies and research documentation in the field. The data collection process in this research is observation, interview and documentation. The research findings show that there is a concept of religious values applied by the Home For Generation spiritual community, namely the religious concept of Love God Love People which is implemented in the form of implementing Brother Sister Keepers activities, worship activities, religious knowledge, experience and practice of religious values. While the concept of religious values is internalized through the strategy of religious value transformation, the form of religious value transactions and the transinternalization of interpersonal relationship-based religious values. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the concept of religious values applied by the Home For Generation Love God Love People community can be internalized in supporting the formation of positive character of adolescents as part of the development of civic community in the community.
