Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan Kompetensi Pengetahuan Bongkar Muat Berbasis Inovasi Materi Digital Untuk Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM) yang dapat menambahkan pengetahuan bagi tenaga kerja bongkar muat dengan membahas kegiatan stevedoring, cargodoring, dan receiving/delivery. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate. Untuk mengukur kelayakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket skala likert kepada ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa dan penilaian pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah inovasi materi digital dengan format pdf dan dirancang berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) Nomor 298 Tahun 2020 dibidang aktivitas penunjang angkutan pada jabatan kerja tenaga kerja bongkar muat barang-barang umum cargo dengan membahas kegiatan Stevedoring, Cargodoring, dan Receiving/Delivery. Hasil validasi dari para validator ahli materi 1 dan 2 memberikan penilaian sebesar 96% dan 93% dinyatakan “sangat layak”. Penilaian yang dilakukan oleh validator ahli media sebesar 93% dinyatakan “Sangat Layak”. Kemudian penilaian dari validator bahasa sebesar 89% dan dinyatakan “Sangat layak” sebagai Inovasi Materi Digital Pengetahuan Kompetensi bongkar muat untuk tenaga kerja bongkar muat (TKBM). Selain itu, penilaian dari 25 responden yaitu tenaga kerja bongkar muat (TKBM) sebesar 91%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan penilaian dari pengguna dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi materi tersebut dapat digunakan secara efektif dan telah memenuhi syarat. *** This research is a research on the development of Knowledge Competency of Loading and Unloading Based on Digital Material Innovation for Loading and Unloading Workers (TKBM) which can add knowledge for loading and unloading workers by discussing stevedoring, cargodorung, and receiving/delivery activities. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which consists of (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate. To measure the feasibility of this research using a Likert scale questionnaire to material experts, media experts, linguists and user assessments. The results of this research and development are digital material innovations in pdf format and designed based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) Number 298 of 2020 in the field of transportation support activities in the labor position of loading and unloading general cargo goods by discussing Stevedoring, Cargodoring, and Receiving / Delivery activities. The validation results from material expert validators 1 and 2 gave an assessment of 96% and 93% which were declared "very feasible". The assessment made by the media expert validator of 93% was declared "Very Feasible". Then the assessment of the language validator was 89% and declared "Very feasible" as an Innovation Digital Material Knowledge of loading and unloading competencies for loading and unloading workers (TKBM). In addition, the assessment of 25 respondents, namely loading and unloading workers (TKBM) was 91%. Based on the results of validation and assessment from users, it can be concluded that the material innovation can be used effectively and has met the requirements.
