Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa video pembelajaran pada materi “Pelayanan Prima” untuk peserta Diklat Sertifikasi Pengemudi Angkutan Umum. Pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan Hannafin & Peck. Pengembangann ini dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu, Needs Assess, Design, dan Develop/Implement. Teknik evaluasi pada pengembangan ini dengan pengkajian ahli (expert review) yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media, serta uji coba pengguna one-to-one dan small group. Terdapat masukin seperti perbaikan penstabilan Gerakan pada video, perbaikan tata letak tulisan pada video, serta perbaikan audio pada video. Hasil uji kelayakan dari ahli materi mendapat skor 3,18; nilai tersebut dikategorikan baik. Hasil uji kelayakan dari ahli media mendapat skor 2,81; nilai tersebut dikategorikan baik. Hasil uji pengguna secara one-to-one memperoleh skor 2,95 dikategorikan baik. Hasil uji coba pengguna small group memperoleh skor 2,94. Hasil tahapan evaluasi menunjukan bahwa produk video pembelajaran ini sudah dikembangkan dengan cara sistematis dan hasilnya baik, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada Diklat Sertifikasi Pengemudi Angkutan Umum. ***** This development research aims to develop learning media in the form of learning videos on the material "Service Excellent " for participants in the Public Transportation Driver Certification Training. This development refers to the Hannafin & Peck development model. This development is carried out through three stages, namely, Needs Assess, Design, and Develop/Implement. Evaluation techniques in this development with expert review, namely material experts and media experts, as well as one-to-one and small group user trials. There are entries such as improvements to the stabilization of movement in the video, improvements to the layout of the text in the video, and audio improvements to the video. The results of the feasibility test from material experts received a score of 3.18; this value is categorized as good. The results of the feasibility test from media experts received a score of 2.81; this value is categorized as good. The results of the one-to-one user test obtained a score of 2.95, categorized as good. The results of the small group user test obtained a score of 2.94. The results of the evaluation stages show that this learning video product has been developed in a systematic way and the results are good, so it can be used as a learning media in the Public Transportation Driver Certification Training.
