Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh: (1) Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat, (2) Efikasi Diri memoderasi pengaruh Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat dengan populasi terjangkau adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan administrasi perkantoran, akuntansi dan bisnis pemasaran SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang telah melakukan praktik kerja industri dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 314 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, ditentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 176 siswa dengan perhitungan Slovin. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada siswa yang menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dengan analisis Outer Model, Inner Model, dan meggunakan model analisis jalur (path analysis) karena dalam penelitian ini variabel independen dengan variabel dependen terdapat variabel moderasi yang mempengaruhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari efikasi diri sebagai variabel moderasi antara pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat. Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri, Kesiapan Kerja, Efikasi Diri ***** This study aims to find out and analyze the influence: (1) Industrial Work Practice Experience on Work Readiness of grade XI students of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat, (2) Self-efficacy moderates the influence of Industrial Work Practice Experience on the Work Readiness of grade XI students of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat. The population used in this study is students of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat with an affordable population of grade XI students majoring in office administration, accounting and business marketing of SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat for the 2023/2024 academic year who have carried out industrial work practice with a population of 314 students. This study uses a quantitative method, determining the number of samples as 176 students with Slovin calculations. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students using a likert scale. The analysis technique used is using SmartPLS 3.0 with Outer Model, Inner Model analysis, and using a path analysis model because in this study there is moderation that affects independent variables with dependent variables. The results of the study showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence between industrial work practice experience on student work readiness of grade XI SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat, (2) there was a negative and significant influence of self-efficacy as a moderating variable between the influence of industrial work practice on student work readiness of grade XI SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat.
