Abstract

Berpikir komputasi digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada mata pelajaran Biologi. Pembelajaran di kelas menekankan peserta didik untuk menghapal konsep-konsep ilmu biologi dalam memecahkan masalah, sehingga menyebabkan kemampuan berpikir komputasi peserta didik kurang. Maka upaya untuk mengatasi agar peserta didik terlibat aktif dalam proses belajar serta untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir komputasi peserta didik dalam pemahaman materi keanekaragaman hayati adalah dengan memberikan suatu bahan ajar seperti LKPD. Penelitian ini memadukan konsep keanekaragaman hayati dengan komponen-komponen berpikir komputasi dalam lembar kerja agar peserta didik dapat mengembangkan kemampuan komputasional sekaligus memahami konsep Biologi. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik dengan mengintegrasikan berpikir komputasi pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode 4-D melalui 4 tahapan meliputi, define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Hasil penelitian ini berupa LKPD yang berhasil dikembangkan dan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran karena memperoleh kategori valid berdasarkan penilaian dari para validator, serta kategori sangat valid dari guru Biologi dan peserta didik. Kata Kunci: 4D, Bahan Ajar, Fauna, Flora, Komputasional ***** Computational thinking is used in learning to improve problem-solving skills in Biology subjects. Classroom learning emphasizes students to memorize biological science concepts in problem-solving, resulting in students' computational thinking skills being lacking. So efforts to overcome this so that students are actively involved in the learning process and to improve students' computational thinking skills in understanding biodiversity material are by providing teaching materials such as LKPD. This study combines the concept of biodiversity with computational thinking components in worksheets so that students can develop computational skills while understanding Biology concepts. This development research aims to develop student worksheets by integrating computational thinking into biodiversity material. This development research was conducted using the 4-D method through 4 stages including, define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of this study are in the form of LKPD which were successfully developed and suitable for use for learning because they obtained a valid category based on assessments from validators, as well as a very valid category from Biology teachers and students.
