Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional melalui Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dan Burnout terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang mengacu pada tabel Isaac dan Michael sehingga diperoleh populasi sebesar 248 responden. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu Guru SMK Negeri di DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan modifikasi skala likert 4 poin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai t-statistik > 1,96 yaitu 8.795. Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai t-statistik > 1,96 yaitu 3.533. Burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai t statistik >1,96 yaitu 4.610. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dengan nilai t-statistik > 1,96 yaitu 7.263. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif terhadap Burnout, dengan nilai tstatistik <1,96 yaitu 7.358. Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai t-statistik > 1,96 yaitu 4.021. Burnout memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai t-statistik > 1,96 yaitu 2.859. Terdapat pengaruh sebesar 54.7% antara variabel dependen yaitu kecerdasan emosional (X), keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (Z1) dan Burnout (Z2) terhadap variabel dependen berupa Kepuasan Kerja (Y) ********************************** This study aims to find the effect of Emotional Intelligence with Work-Life Balance and Burnout on Job Satisfaction. Emotional intelligence has a negative effect on Burnout, with a t-statistic value <1.96 which is 7358. Work-life balance mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 4,021. Burnout mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, with a tstatistic value > 1.96, which is 2.859. There is an influence of 54.7% between the dependent variable, namely emotional intelligence (X), work-life balance (Z1) and Burnout (Z2) on the dependent variable in the form of Job Satisfaction (Y)
