Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode Pelatihan E-learning, Kompetensi Instruktur dimediasi oleh Motivasi Pelatihan terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan pada UPTP Kemnaker. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan sampel acak berstrata proporsional dengan jumlah sample 220 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan secara langusung melalui google form dan dilakukan uji instrument validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik analisis data dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Kompetensi Instruktur terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan, Kompetensi Instruktur terhadap Metode Pelatihan E-Learning, Kompetensi Instruktur terhadap Motivasi Pelatihan, Metode Pelatihan E-Learning terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan, Metode Pelatihan E-Learning terhadap Motivasi Pelatihan, Motivasi Pelatihan terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan (2) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Kompetensi instruktur terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan melalui Motivasi Pelatihan, Metode Pelatihan E-Learning terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan melalui Motivasi Pelatihan. ************************************ This study aims to determine the effect of E-learning Training Methods, Instructor Competence mediated by Training Motivation on Training Effectiveness at UPTP Kemnaker. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling with a proportional stratified random sample with a sample of 220 employees. Data was collected using questionnaires that were distributed directly via google form and instrument validity and reliability were tested. The research method uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques and to test hypotheses using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant positive effect between Instructor Competencies on Training Effectiveness, Instructor Competencies on E-Learning Training Methods, Instructor Competencies on Training Motivation, E-Learning Training Methods on Training Effectiveness, E-Learning Training Methods on Motivation Training, Training Motivation on Training Effectiveness (2) there is a significant positive effect between Instructor Competence on Training Effectiveness through Training Motivation, E-Learning Training Methods on Training Effectiveness through Training Motivation.
