Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai dampak pelatihan fotografi dan videografi Rumah Gemilang Indonesia pada alumninya di Kota Depok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni pelatihan fotografi dan videografi Rumah Gemilang Indonesia tahun 2019-2020 yang berjumlah 69 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik disproportionate stratified random sampling karena populasi memiliki strata yang kurang proporsional. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif maka dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner semi terbuka. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif yang perolehan datanya ditabulasikan dan disajikan secara kuantitatif kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik sederhana dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan: (1) dampak terhadap perolehan pekerjaan atau wirausaha sebesar 84% (2) dampak terhadap perolehan atau peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 84% (3) dampak terhadap pendidikan sebesar 45% (4) dampak terhadap kesehatan sebesar 92% (5) dampak terhadap penampilan diri sebesar 100%. Dampak tersebut perlu direspon positif oleh pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, lembaga pelatihan, serta masyarakat untuk dapat terus mendukung agar kegiatan seperti pelatihan fotografi dan videografi di Rumah Gemilang Indonesia dapat terus berkembang dan menciptakan lebih banyak lagi sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keahlian (professional). ************************************* This study aims to provide information in the form of an overview of the impact of photography and videography training at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia on alumni in Depok City. The sample in this study was the alumni of the Rumah Gemilang Indonesia photography and videography training in 2019-2020, totaling 69 people. The sampling technique used was the disproportionate stratified random sampling technique because the population had disproportionate strata. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach, so in collecting data this research uses a survey method using a semi-open questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistical techniques in which the data acquisition is tabulated and presented quantitatively and then analyzed using simple statistical analysis with the percentage formula. The results obtained show: (1) the impact on job acquisition or entrepreneurship is 84% (2) the impact on income gain or increase is 84% (3) the impact on education is 45% (4) the impact on health is 92% (5 ) impact on self-appearance is 100%. This impact needs to be responded positively by the government, educational institutions, training institutions, and the community to be able to continue to support activities such as photography and videography training at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia to continue to develop and create more skilled human resouces (professional).
