Abstract

Tingkat literasi merupakan salah satu indikator dari kualitas sumber daya manusia. Pemerintah berupaya meningkatkan minat literasi di masyarakat dengan membentuk Gerakan Literasi Nasional (GLN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara Komunitas Bale Buku Jakarta beradaptasi dalam menerapkan Gerakan Literasi Nasional di masa pandemi Covid-19.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kajian teori. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Komunitas Bale Buku Jakarta menggunakan Analyzer Strategy dalam beradaptasi untuk menerapkan Gerakan Literasi Nasional di masa pandemi Covid-19 didukung oleh factor eksteral yaitu dorongan dari pemerintah untuk tetap menjalankan program kerja di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan mengalami empat tahap adaptasi yaitu tahap ketidakpastian (uncertainly), tahap disrupsi (disruption), tahap adaptasi (adaptation), tahap kelaziman baru (new normal). ***************************************************** Literacy level is one indicator of the quality of human resources. The government seeks to increase literacy interest in the community by forming the National Literacy Movement (GLN). This study aims to find out how the Bale Buku Jakarta Community has adapted in implementing the National Literacy Movement during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting data using observations, interviews, and theoretical studies. The results of this study indicate that the Bale Buku Jakarta Community uses the Analyzer Strategy in adapting to implement the National Literacy Movement during the Covid-19 pandemic, supported by external factors, namely encouragement from the government to continue to carry out work programs during the Covid-19 pandemic and experiencing four stages of adaptation, namely: stage of uncertainty (uncertainly), stage of disruption (disruption), stage of adaptation (adaptation), stage of new normal (new normal).
