Abstract

********************************************** This study aims to describe the results of the evaluation of chemistry learning management on context, input, process, and product at SMA Negeri 54 Jakarta. This research is an evaluative research type CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research participants consisted of vice principals and curriculum staff, chemistry teachers, and students in grades X and XI MIPA. Data collection techniques used were non-participant observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews. The results showed that based on the context component, SMA Negeri 54 Jakarta implemented a PTMT 100% system according to government policy by conducting socialization to parents first. The input component, schools hold work meetings, MGMP discussions (Subject Teachers' Meetings), and workshops to prepare work programs and learning programs. The curriculum party distributes the same task to all teachers to make learning tools. There is no different strategy related to the lesson schedule, only the number of learning hours is less. In terms of the process component, the implementation of health protocols in schools and chemistry classes is good. Some of the challenges and obstacles that occurred, including the adaptation process which is still difficult because they are used to being online, limited time, and students who have difficulty understanding the material due to the impact of PJJ (Distance Learning). The two chemistry teachers have carried out chemistry learning management activities well, but the methods and media used are still less varied. Product components include the effectiveness of PTMT 100% (not yet effective when compared to normal PTM, but already much more effective when compared to PJJ), the level of student satisfaction (47.5% of class X students and 44.4% of class XI students feel quite satisfied), understanding of chemistry (47.5% of class X students and 49.2% of class XI students answered quite understanding), material that is considered difficult to understand (50.5% Stoichiometry and Limiting Reagent, 50.8% Solution buffer, and 39.7% Solubility Product), and the learning system preferred by students is normal PTM and PTMT 100%.
