Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap motivasi belajar IPA peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Nonequivalent Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SDN Gunung 01 Pagi, Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling dari populasi yang ditetapkan yaitu SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru. Terdapat dua rombongan belajar, terpilih kelas VI D sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VI A sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization dan kelas kontrol menggunakan model Direct Instruction. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen non-tes berupa kuisioner/anget. Hasil nilai tertinggi instrumen motivasi belajar IPA kelas eksperimen sebesar 60 (sangat baik) dengan rata-rata nilai kelas 53,8 dan kelas kontrol 59 (sangat baik) dengan rata-rata nilai kelas 50. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil uji hipotesis memperoleh nilai thitung (3,27) > ttabel (1,71). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar IPA peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. This study uses a quantitative method of experiments with a Pretest-Posttest Control Nonequivalent Group Design research design. The sample of this study is all grade IV students at SDN Gunung 01 Pagi, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta. Sampling uses the Cluster Random Sampling technique from the determined population, namely State Elementary School in Kebayoran Baru District. There were two study groups, class VI D was selected as the experimental class and VI A as the control class. The experimental class uses the Team Assisted Individualization type Cooperative learning model and the control class uses the Direct Instruction model. Data collection was carried out using non-test instruments in the form of questionnaires. The highest score of the science learning motivation instrument in the experimental class was 60 (very good) with an average class score of 53.8 and the control class was 59 (very good) with an average grade score of 50. Hypothesis testing uses t-tests. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value (3.27) > ttable (1.71). This shows that the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type Cooperative learning model has an influence on the motivation to learn science of grade IV elementary school students.
