Abstract
Ikan koi merupakan salah satu ikan hias yang banyak diminati karena bernilai ekonomis tinggi dan estetika yang menarik. Tingginya peminat ikan hias terutama pada ikan koi, maka perlu dilakukan upaya budidaya guna mendapatkan bibit ikan koi yang sesuai dengan keinginan pasar. Salah satu faktor penting yang berpengaruh dalam proses budidaya adalah pakan. Pakan yang baik dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan panjang dan juga bobot ikan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan bloodowrm pada pakan dengan dosis yang berbeda (0, 5, 10, 15%) terhadap pertumbuhan ikan koi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Balai Riset Budidaya Ikan Hias Depok pada bulan Oktober-Novermber 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dangan desain Rancangan Acak Lengkap. Data dianalisis menggunakan analysis of variance (ANOVA) satu arah dengan uji lanjut BNT (Fisher’s LSD test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan blodworm pada pakan dapat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bobot dan panjang ikan koi. Hasil terbaik ditunjukkan pada pakan dengan penambahan bloodworm sebanyak 15% denga rata-rata penambahan bobot dan panjang sebesar 1,04gr dan 1.24cm. Efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan terbaik juga terdapat pada ikan yang diberi pakan dengan penambahan bloodowrm sebesar 15%, dengan nilai EPP sebesar 58,57%. ********************************************************** Koi fish is one of the ornamental fish that is in great demand because of its high economic value and attractive aesthetics. With the high interest in ornamental fish, especially koi fish, it is necessary to make cultivation efforts to get koi fish seeds that are in accordance with market desires. One of the important factors that influence the cultivation process is feed. A good feed can have a positive effect on the growth of fish length and weight. This study aims to determine the effect of adding bloodworm to feed with different doses (0, 5, 10, 15%) on the growth of koi fish. The research was carried out at the Depok Ornamental Fish Cultivation Research Center in October-November 2021. The research method used was an experiment with a completely randomized design. The data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a further test of BNT (Fisher's LSD test). The results showed that the addition of bloodworms in the feed could affect the growth of koi fish weight and length. The best results were shown in the feed with the addition of bloodworm as much as 15% with an average increase in weight and length of 1.04gr and 1.24cm. The best feed utilization efficiency was also found in fish that were fed with the addition of bloodworm of 15%, with an EPP value of 58.57%.
