Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi layanan perpustakaan pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMAN 70 Jakarta. Perpustakaan merupakan jantungnya pendidikan karena merupakan sumber belajar yang berguna untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan untuk kebutuhan pemustaka. Selain itu, karena di masa pandemi Covid-19 kegiatan pelaksanaan layanan perpustakaan terbatas sehingga perlu adanya inovasi layanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Grounded Theory. Selain itu, kegiatan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa inovasi layanan perpustakaan dibagi menjadi dua yaitu (!) layanan online perpustakaan yang terdiri dari Layanan virtual tour, Perpustakaan digital, Green Literacy, scan QR di setiap ruangan, layanan internet, layanan user education, dan studio mini. (2) inovasi layanan offline terdiri dari Layanan Anak, Literacy on the bus stop, layanan disabilitas, sudut literasi, pojok literasi, beranda betawi, layanan eksistensi, layanan referensi, layanan sirkulasi, layanan literasi, layanan BI Corner, layanan nostalgia, layanan bimbingan pemustaka, layanan keanggotaan, layanan kerjasama, layanan drop books, layanan audio visual, layanan sirkulasi drive thru, dan layanan perpustakaan keliling, ************************************ This study aims to determine the innovation of library services during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMAN 70 Jakarta. The library is the heart of education because it is a useful learning resource to obtain relevant information for the needs of users. In addition, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, library service implementation activities are limited, so there is a need for library service innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach with Grounded Theory methods. In addition, data collection activities using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Based on the results obtained, it shows that library service innovations are divided into two, namely (!) online library services consisting of virtual tour services, digital libraries, Green Literacy, QR scans in every room, internet services, internet services, user education services, and mini studios. (2) offline service innovations consist of Children Services, Literacy on the bus stop, child services, disability services, literacy corners, betawi veranda, existence services, reference services, circulation services, literacy services, BI Corner services, nostalgia services, user guidance services, membership services, collaboration services, dop books services, audio visual services, and mobile library services,
