Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh dan menentukan struktur metabolit sekunder dari fraksi n-Heksana:Etil Asetat (7:3) kayu batang Artocarpus altilis serta menguji aktivitas antioksidan metabolit sekunder tersebut dengan metode DPPH. Hasil analisis data spektroskopi, seperti spektrum UV, 1H-NMR, dan 13C-NMR menunjukkan senyawa yang diisolasi merupakan dua senyawa turunan flavon, Siklomorusin (25) dan Sikloartokarpin (45). Uji aktivitas antioksidan senyawa hasil isolasi dengan metode DPPH menunjukkan nilai IC50 keduanya > 200 ppm, tidak berpotensi sebagai antioksidan. ************************************************************ This study aims to obtain and determine the secondary metabolite structure of the n-Hexane:Ethyl Acetate (7:3) fraction from Artocarpus altilis stem and to test the antioxidant activity of these secondary metabolites using the DPPH method. The results of the analysis of spectroscopic data, such as UV, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectrum showed that the isolated compounds were two flavone derivatives, cyclomorusin (25) and cycloartocarpin (45). The antioxidant activity test of isolated compounds using the DPPH method with IC50 value > 200 ppm, inactive as antioxidant.
