Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap selfacceptance, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat self-acceptance dan self-efficacy yang dimiliki mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif asosiatif terhadap 148 mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2019-2021 (129 perempuan dan 19 laki-laki). Penelitian dilaksanakan di UNJ dari bulan April sampai Oktober, 2022. Variabel self-efficacy diukur menggunakan general selfefficacy scale dan variabel self-acceptance diukur menggunakan unconditional self-acceptance questionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mahasiswa PKK memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang sedang, (2) mahasiswa PKK memiliki tingkat self-acceptance yang sedang, (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan self-efficacy terhadap self-acceptance mahasiswa PKK, dan (4) sebesar 69,8% variasi variabel self-acceptance dapat dijelaskan melalui variasi variabel selfefficacy. Mahasiswa perlu memiliki keyakinan pada kemampuan diri, usaha, dan ketekunan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi agar memiliki selfacceptance yang tinggi. ************ This study aims to determine self-efficacy's effect on the students' self-acceptance of the Family Welfare Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The study uses the associative quantitative method on 148 active students from the 2019-2021 class (129 female and 19 male). The study was conducted at Universitas Negeri Jakarta from April to October 2022. The self-efficacy was measured using a general self-efficacy scale. Whereas self-acceptance was measured using an unconditional self-acceptance questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) students had a moderate level of self-efficacy, (2) students had a moderate level of self-acceptance, (3) there was a significant effect of self-efficacy on students' self-acceptance, and (4) 69,8% of the variation of the self-acceptance variable can be explained through the variation of the self-efficacy variable. Students need to have confidence in their abilities, effort, and perseverance to solve the problems they face to have high self-acceptance.
