Abstract

Efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Kurangnya efikasi diri untuk dapat melalui hambatan dalam proses belajar akan mengakibatkan hasil belajar menjadi tidak optimal. Peserta didik yang memiliki kemandirian belajar yang rendah akan selalu bergantung pada orang lain dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas sehingga hasil belajar menjadi tidak optimal. Kemandirian belajar juga dibutuhkan dalam memahami materi biologi yang bersifat padat dan abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama sama dengan hasil belajar biologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PDF MIIBS (Pendidikan Diniyah Formal Minhaajurrosyidiin International Islamic Boarding School) Jakarta pada bulan Desember – Maret tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 60 peserta didik kelas 10 yang terpilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik studi korelasional ganda. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dan soal tes pilihan ganda. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama sama dengan hasil belajar biologi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,813. Nilai koefisien korelasi di atas 0,8 dikategorikan sangat kuat, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik maka akan semakin baik pula hasil belajar biologi mereka. ************************************** Self-efficacy and independence learning are very important factors in the learning process. Lack of self-efficacy to be able to pass obstacles in the learning process will result in learning outcomes being not optimal. Student who have low learning independence will always depend on others to complete various task so that their learning outcomes are not optimal. Independernce learning is also needed in understanding dense and abstract biological lessons. This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and independent learning with students' learning outcomes. This study was conducted at PDF MIIBS (Pendidikan Diniyah Formal Minhaajurrosyidiin International Islamic Boarding School) Jakarta in the academic year of 2021/2022 from December until March. The respondents of this study consisted of 60 students of grade 10 using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using instruments consisted of questionnaires and multiplechoice. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative method with multiple correlational study techniques. The results show that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and independent learning together with learning outcomes in biology with a correlation coefficient value of 0,813. The correlation coefficient value above 0,8 is categorized as very strong, so it can be concluded that the better the students' self-efficacy and learning independence, the better their biology learning outcomes will be.
