Abstract
Legalisir ijazah atau transkrip nilai menjadi salah satu hal penting bagi alumni yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan, melamar pekerjaan maupun untuk keperluan lainnya. Proses legalisir di FMIPA UNJ dilakukan secara manual dengan datang ke kampus untuk melakukan pendaftaran pengajuan legalisir. Prosedur pengajuan dimulai dengan pendaftaran, verifikasi data, pembayaran, proses tanda tangan kemudian selesai. Waktu pengajuan sekitar 2 -3 hari kerja, oleh karena itu alumni yang melakukan pengajuan legalisir harus menunggu beberapa hari dan kembali datang ke kampus untuk mengambil dokumen legalisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem informasi legalisir ijazah dan transkrip nilai berbasis website yang dapat membantu FMIPA UNJ dalam pengelolaan pengajuan legalisir secara online, mempermudah alumni dalam melakukan pengajuan legalisir dan monitoring proses legalisir. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC dengan Model Spiral, framework Codeigniter 4 untuk back-end dan framework Boostrap untuk front-end. Akhir dari pengembangan penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian menggunakan Usability testing untuk menguji fungsional dan kebergunaan sistem. Pengujian menggunakan teknik usability testing untuk mengetahui bagaimana fungsional dan kebergunaan sistem, dapat dikatakan bahwa Sistem informasi legalisir ijazah dan transkrip nilai berbasis website di FMIPA UNJ telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan dengan tingkat kebergunaan 94,6% pada keseluruhan sistem. ***************************************** Legalization of diplomas or transcripts is one of the important things for graduates/alumni who want to continue their education, apply for jobs or for other purposes. The legalization process at FMIPA UNJ is done manually by coming to campus to register for legalization. The submission procedure starts with registration, data verification, payment, signature process then completes. The submission time is around 2 -3 working days, therefore alumni who apply for legalization have to wait a few days and come back to campus to take legalized documents. This research aims to build an information system for legalizing diplomas and transcripts based on a website that can help FMIPA UNJ in managing online legalization applications, making it easier for alumni to submit legalization applications and monitoring the legalization process. This information system was developed using the SDLC software development method with the Spiral Model, the Codeigniter 4 framework for the back-end and the Boostrap framework for the front-end. At the end of the development of this research, testing was carried out using Usability testing to test the functionality and usability of the system. Testing using usability testing techniques to find out how functional and usable the system is, it can be said that the website-based diploma and transcript legalization information system at FMIPA UNJ has been running well as expected with a usability level of 94.6% in the whole system.
