Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan buku panduan Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) untuk digunakan oleh guru bimbingan konseling untuk meningkatkan resiliensi akademik siswa kelas X di SMA Budi Cendekia Islamic School Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan Design Based Research (DBR) model Reeves. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 162 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (sampel sensus). Pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) dan wawancara. Hasil studi pendahuluan menggunakan instrumen ARS-30 menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi akademik siswa kelas X sebanyak 22 (13,58%) siswa memiliki tingkat resiliensi akademik rendah dan sebanyak 140 (86,42%) siswa memiliki tingkat resiliensi akademik tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji materi memperoleh nilai 75% berada pada kategori “layak”. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji coba buku panduan terhadap siswa, hasil rata-rata antara pretest dan postest kelompok eksperimen pada aspek perasaan negatif dan respon emosional (Negative affect and emotional response) mengalami kenaikan sangat signifikan yaitu sebesar 18,41 poin. Kemudian diikuti dengan aspek ketekunan/ perseverance mengalami kenaikan sebesar 11,22 poin, terakhir pada aspek refleksi dan mencari bantuan (Reflecting and adaptive help-seeking) mengalami kenaikan sebesar 9,89 point. Didukung juga oleh hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05 maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima artinya terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok eksperimen yang mendapat perlakuan MBSR dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapat perlakuan apapun terhadap peningkatan resiliensi akademik siswa. Berdasarkan hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan buku panduan Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) untuk meningkatkan resiliensi akademik layak untuk digunakan oleh guru bimbingan konseling. ***** This study aims to develop a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) guidebook to be used by counseling guidance teachers to improve the academic resilience of grade X students at SMA Budi Cendekia Islamic School in Depok City. This research uses Reeves' Design Based Research (DBR) model. The sample in this study was 162 students. The sampling technique used a saturated sample technique (census sample). Respondent data collection using the Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) questionnaire and interviews. The results of the preliminary study using the ARS-30 instrument showed that the level of academic resilience of class X students was 22 (13.58%) students had a low level of academic resilience and as many as 140 (86.42%) students had a high level of academic resilience. Based on the results of the material test, the value of 75% is in the “feasible” category. Furthermore, based on the results of the guidebook trial on students, the average results between the pretest and posttest of the experimental group on aspects of Negative affect and emotional response experienced a very significant increase of 18.41 points. Then the aspect of perseverance increased by 11.22 points, finally in the aspect of Reflecting and adaptive help-seeking increased by 9.89 points. It is also supported by the results of the t-test showing that the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, so H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a difference in influence between the experimental group who received MBSR treatment and the control group who did not receive any treatment on increasing students' academic resilience. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the development of a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) guidebook to improve academic resilience is suitable for use by counseling guidance teachers.
