Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media informasi interaktif berupa E-Book dalam format flipbook untuk mendukung pemahaman operasional Terminal Khusus Curah Kering. Metode Research and Development (R&D) diterapkan dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi, media. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa E-Book mencakup semua aspek penting terkait operasional terminal curah kering dengan rata-rata penilaian 81,16%. Validasi ahli media menunjukkan penilaian 90,3% untuk aspek desain visual, navigasi, dan interaktivitas, menjadikan E-Book sangat layak digunakan. Pengujian terhadap 40 responden (23 mahasiswa dan 17 pekerja) menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata 97,3%. Responden menilai E-Book mudah digunakan, informatif, dan menarik, serta memberikan fleksibilitas belajar dengan fitur interaktif yang mempermudah pemahaman. E-Book ini dinilai efektif sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran, karena dapat diakses melalui berbagai perangkat digital dan mampu menyajikan informasi dengan cara yang menarik serta terstruktur. Disarankan untuk menambahkan konten multimedia, seperti video dan animasi, melakukan revisi berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna, serta mempertimbangkan pengembangan versi aplikasi mobile untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas. Dengan perbaikan dan pembaruan konten secara berkala, E-Book ini berpotensi menjadi media informasi yang lebih efektif dan relevan dalam mendukung operasional Terminal Khusus Curah Kering.(*****) This study aims to develop interactive information media in the form of an E-Book in flipbook format to support operational understanding of the Special Dry Bulk Terminal. The Research and Development (R&D) method is applied with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Validation was carried out by material, media. The results of the validation by material experts showed that the E-Book covers all important aspects related to the operation of the dry bulk terminal with an average rating of 81.16%. Validation by media experts showed an assessment of 90.3% for the visual design, navigation, and interactivity aspects, making the E-Book very suitable for use. Testing of 40 respondents (23 students and 17 workers) resulted in an average satisfaction level of 97.3%. Respondents considered the E-Book easy to use, informative, and interesting, and provided learning flexibility with interactive features that facilitate understanding. This E-Book is considered effective as an alternative learning media, because it can be accessed through various digital devices and is able to present information in an interesting and structured way. It is recommended to add multimedia content, such as videos and animations, make revisions based on user feedback, and consider developing a mobile application version to improve accessibility. With regular content improvements and updates, this E-Book has the potential to become a more effective and relevant information media in supporting the operations of the Special Dry Bulk Terminal.
