Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan utama, pertama, untuk mengetahui makna pembelian sepeda motor listrik bagi pembeli. Kedua, untuk mengetahui motivasi membeli sepeda motor listrik. Ketiga, untuk memaparkan dampak menggunakan sepeda motor listrik pada perilaku pembeli tentang lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 informan kunci yang merupakan pengguna sepeda motor listrik di Jakarta. Kemudian di lengkapi oleh 1 informan triangulasi yaitu 1 orang yang merupakan Dinas Lingkungan Jakarta. Waktu penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Maret-Oktober 2024. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sepeda motor listrik tidak hanya berkontribusi dalam mengurangi emisi karbon dan kebisingan, tetapi juga mendorong kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan dan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial dan ekonomi. Analisis dari temuan menunjukkan bahwa untuk mempercepat adopsi sepeda motor listrik, diperlukan kerja sama dan komitmen dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, produsen, dan masyarakat. Pemerintah diharapkan dapat memperluas infrastruktur pendukung, seperti stasiun pengisian baterai, serta memberikan insentif dan kebijakan yang mendukung penggunaan sepeda motor listrik. ***** This study has three main objectives, first, to find out the meaning of buying an electric motorcycle for buyers. Second, to find out the motivation to buy an electric motorcycle. Third, to explain the impact of using an electric motorcycle on buyer behavior about the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of 5 Key Informants who were electric motorcycle users in Jakarta. Then completed by 1 Triangulation Informant, namely 1 person who is the Jakarta Environmental Service. The time of this study took place from March-October 2024. This study shows that the use of electric motorcycles not only contributes to reducing carbon emissions and noise, but also encourages public awareness of the importance of environmental conservation and the use of renewable energy, which is influenced by social and economic factors. Analysis of the findings shows that to accelerate the adoption of electric motorcycles, cooperation and commitment from various parties are needed, including the government, manufacturers, and the community. The government is expected to expand supporting infrastructure, such as battery charging stations, as well as provide incentives and policies that support the use of electric motorcycles.
