Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengembangan Modul Pelatihan Quality Control Industri Garmen di Balai Diklat Industri Jakarta” ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu bahan instruksional berupa modul pelatihan yang dapat membantu peserta pelatihan dalam mempelajari deskripsi kerja dari Quality Control di industri garmen yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi kerja nasional Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI) oleh Prof. Atwi Suparman. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui delapan langkah yang ada dalam Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI). Hasil penelitian berupa produk instruksional yaitu sampel bahan instruksional (modul) pelatihan. Responden yang terlibat untuk mengevaluasi produk diantaranya, ahli materi pembelajaran dan ahli media pembelajaran, pengguna yaitu calon peserta pelatihan Balai Diklat Industri Jakarta. Nilai yang di dapat pada tahap evaluasi formatif oleh ahli untuk materi pembelajaran sebesar 3,43 (sangat baik), media pembelajaran 3,14 (baik). Selain itu bahan Instruksional (modul) menurut calon peserta pelatihan 3,56 (sangat baik). Hasil penilaian digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. The research entitled "Development of Garment Industry Quality Control Training Module at the Jakarta Industrial Training Center" aim to produce a teaching material in the form of training modules that can assist training participants in learning the job descriptions of Quality Control in garment industry in accordance with Indonesian national work competency standards. The method used is the Instructional Development Model (MPI) by Prof. Atwi Suparman. The development procedure is carried out through the eight steps in the Instructional Development Model (MPI). The results of the study were in the form of instructional products namely samples of instructional materials (modules) of training. Respondents involved in evaluating the products included learning material experts and instructional media experts, user namely prospective participants of the Jakarta Industrial Training and Training Center. The value obtained in the formative evaluation stage by experts for learning material is 3.43 (very good), learning media is 3.14 (good). Besides that, the Instructional materials (modules) according to prospective trainees 3.56 (very good). The assessment results are used to improve the quality of the product produced.
