Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi empiris mengenai program posyandu lansia di Kelurahan Cakung Timur dengan menggunakan Model Evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 7 kader posyandu lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif dengan metode deskriptif evaluatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program posyandu lansia di Kelurahan Cakung Timur bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lansia untuk menjaga kesehatan. Evaluasi program dilakukan berdasarkan empat aspek model CIPP, yaitu konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Berdasarkan implementasi program, capaian rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 66,67% berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi pada model CIPP. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi lansia, menurunkan jumlah kasus kesehatan yang dialami, serta mendorong lansia untuk menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat dan mandiri. ***** This research aims to obtain empirical information about the elderly health service program (Posyandu Lansia) in Cakung Timur Subdistrict using the CIPP Evaluation Model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research sample consisted of 7 elderly health service cadres. The study employed an evaluative approach with a descriptive evaluative method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the elderly health service program in Cakung Timur Subdistrict significantly benefits the elderly by raising awareness about maintaining their health. The program evaluation was conducted based on four aspects of the CIPP model: context, input, process, and product. The program implementation achieved an average score of 66.67% across the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance. It successfully increased elderly participation, reduced the number of health issues, and encouraged healthy and independent living behaviors among the elderly.
