Abstract

Tujuan dari perancangan enterprise architecture (EA) adalah mewujudkan keselarasan antara bisnis dan teknologi informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Untuk melakukan perancangan EA dibutuhkan suatu metodologi yang terstruktur serta mudah digunakan, FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework) merupakan metodologi tersruktur yang menghasilkan cetak biru (blue print) yang dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan buku pedoman organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan strategisnya. SMK Karya Guna merupakan instansi pendidikan swasta bernaung dibawah yayasan pendidikan. SMK Karya Guna berupaya untuk membina dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang diselenggarakan sesuai dengan visi dan misi SMK Karya Guna yaitu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan tuntutan pasar kerja. Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) merupakan kriteria minimal tentang berbagai aspek yang relevan dalam pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan nasional dan harus dipenuhi oleh satuan pendidikan di seluruh wilayah hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Standar Isi pada SMK merupakan salah satu syarat dari SNP yang harus dicapai dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Untuk mencapai ketercapaian dalam pemenuhan Standar Isi SNP tersebut, maka dibuat perancangan EA dalam bidang standar isi SNP menggunakan metode FEAF yang terdiri atas empat level. Pada level pertama dilakukan analisis kondisi sekolah secara global dengan bantuan teknik analisis PEST dan SWOT. Level kedua merupakan pengidentifikasian proses bisnis. Proses bisnis tersebut dikelompokkan tingkat kepentingannya menggunakan bantuan analisis value chain. Level ketiga berisi pemodelan arsitektur informasi berupa rencana arsitektur bisnis, data dan teknologi yang akan digunakan untuk menampung sistem informasi. Untuk level keempat merupakan pembuatan model arsitektur enterprise menggunakan matriks FEAF. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa blueprint sebagai buku pedoman organisasi sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan strategisnya. To do the EA design it is necessary to compile a structured and easy to use, FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework) is a structured agreement that produces a blueprint (blueprint) that can be used as a guidebook to find its strategic objectives. Vocational School Karya Guna is a private educational institution under the auspices of education. SMK Karya Guna returns to foster and improve the quality of education held in accordance with the vision and mission of SMK Karya Guna to create human resources in accordance with restoring the labor market. National Education Standards (SNP) are minimum criteria on various aspects relevant to the implementation of the national education system and must be approved by education units in all jurisdictions of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Content Standards in Vocational Schools is one of the requirements of SNP that must be approved in improving the quality of education. To achieve this achievement in fulfilling the SNP Content Standards, an EA design was made in the field of SNP content standards using the FEAF method consisting of level four. At the first level, a global school analysis is carried out with the help of PEST and SWOT analysis techniques. The second level is the identification of business processes. The business processes are grouped by importance using value chain analysis. Level three contains information architecture modeling that contains a business architecture plan, data and technology that will be used to fulfill the information system. For the fourth level is the making of an enterprise architecture model using the FEAF matrix. The results of this study constitute a blueprint as a school handbook in achieving its strategic objectives.
