Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, sistem tes yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual atau konvensional kini mulai beralih secara bertahap menjadi sistem tes berbasis komputer. SMKN 21 Jakarta melakukan peralihan terhadap metode evaluasi berupa ujian yang sebelumnya secara manual dan beralih kepada sistem berbasis komputer. Namun, pelaksanaan ujian berbasis komputer di lingkungan SMKN 21 Jakarta seringkali mengalami masalah seperti keterbatasan pada pengelolaan waktu, dan rentannya keamanan yang menyebabkan masih terdapat kecurangan dalam ujian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan frontend aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode Agile Feature Driven Development (FDD) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 21 Jakarta yang mencakup pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, dan kuesioner terhadap guru dan siswa untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yakni computer based test dengan metode pengembangan Agile Feature Driven Development yang melalui tahapan Develop an Overall Model, Build a Feature List, Plan by Feature, Design by Feature, dan Build by Feature, sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan di SMK Negeri 21 Jakarta mampu menyediakan fitur-fitur yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan role yang diberikan seperti pada Admin terdapat fitur manajemen guru, manajemen siswa, dan manajemen jurusan. Pada role Guru terdapat fitur pengelolaan ujian, dan pada role Siswa mengutamakan fitur keamanan ujian, serta fleksibilitas dalam pelaksanaan ujian, sehingga aplikasi ini mampu memfasilitasi pengguna berdasarkan peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Hasil pengujian User Acceptance Test terhadap guru dan siswa SMKN 21 Jakarta, membuktikan bahwa 87,8% sistem berjalan sangat baik. Sistem ini berjalan dengan baik karena mudah digunakan dan dapat membantu sekolah untuk memastikan proses pelaksanaan ujian berbasis komputer berjalan dengan efisien. Sistem ini mampu memberikan hasil ujian yang akurat dan dapat diakses secara langsung setelah siswa menyelesaikan ujian. Pengguna secara umum memiliki kemampuan untuk melihat dan mengunduh hasil ujian pada dashboard yang telah disediakan, untuk memudahkan akses informasi bagi semua pihak yang terkait. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan ujian berbasis komputer di SMKN 21 Jakarta. ***** Along with technological advancements, test systems that were previously performed manually or conventionally are now gradually shifting to computer-based test systems. SMKN 21 Jakarta switched to the evaluation method in the form of exams that were previously manual and switched to a computer-based system. However, the implementation of computer-based exams in SMKN 21 Jakarta often experiences problems such as limitations in time management, and vulnerability to security that causes there to still be cheating in the exam. Therefore, this study aims to develop a website-based Computer Based Test (CBT) application frontend using the Agile Feature Driven Development (FDD) method to overcome these problems. The research was conducted at SMKN 21 Jakarta which included data collection through interviews, observations, literature studies, and questionnaires on teachers and students to identify the needs of the system. The result of this research is a website-based application, namely a computer based test with the Agile Feature Driven Development development method which through the stages of Develop an Overall Model, Build a Feature List, Plan by Feature, Design by Feature, and Build by Feature, according to the results of the needs analysis at SMK Negeri 21 Jakarta is able to provide features that are developed in accordance with the roles given such as in the Admin there is a teacher management feature, student management, and department management. In the Teacher role, there is an exam management feature, and in the Student role, it prioritizes exam security features, as well as flexibility in the implementation of exams, so that this application is able to facilitate users based on their respective roles and responsibilities. The results of the User Acceptance Test test on teachers and students of SMKN 21 Jakarta prove that 87.8% of the system is running very well. This system works well because it is easy to use and can help schools to ensure that the process of implementing computer-based exams runs efficiently. This system is able to provide accurate exam results and can be accessed directly after students complete the exam. Users generally have the ability to view and download exam results on the dashboard that has been provided, to facilitate access to information for all parties involved. Thus, it can be concluded that this system makes a positive contribution in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of computer-based exams at SMKN 21 Jakarta.
