Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk; 1) menstimulasi karakter kerja keras pada anak usia 7-8 tahun dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran; 2) mengetahui kelayakan media video pembelajaran dalam menstimulasi karakter kerja keras pada anak usia 7-8 tahun. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Daarus Salaam, dan menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE (Analize, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian pengembangan menunjukan skor ahli materi sebesar 75,0% dengan keterangan layak, skor ahli media sebesar 71,15% dengan keterangan layak, skor guru sebesar 87,50% dengan keterangan sangat layak, dan skor anak sebesar 88,0% dengan keterangan sangat layak. The development of research aimed at; 1) stimulates hard work characters in children aged 7-8 years using instructional video; 2) assess the feasibility of video media in stimulating learning the hard work characters in children aged 7-8 years. The experiment was conducted in SD Daarus Salaam, and using methods developed ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The data collection technique is using a questionnaire containing a list of questions. The results show the development of research material expert score of 75.0% with a decent description, media expert score of 71.15% with a decent description, teacher score of 87,50% with a very decent description, and children score 88,0% with a very decent description.
