Abstract
Belajar merupakan proses timbal balik dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, baik di dalam maupun di luar sekolah. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan jasmani adalah melatih kelincahan, yaitu kemampuan mengubah arah gerak secara cepat tanpa kehilangan keseimbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelincahan siswa kelas V SDN 16 Klender Pagi melalui permainan tradisional gobak sodor. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan permainan tradisional sebagai metode pembelajaran, memberikan variasi mengajar bagi guru, serta meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap permainan tradisional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis & McTaggart yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi, serta perencanaan ulang. Hasil pengamatan pada Siklus I menunjukkan bahwa 28,12% siswa berada pada kategori kurang, 50% sedang, dan 21,88% baik. Pada Siklus II, hasilnya meningkat signifikan, yaitu 0% kurang, 34,38% sedang, 62,50% baik, dan 3,12% sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan permainan gobak sodor dalam pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan kelincahan siswa secara efektif. Saran diberikan kepada guru PJOK agar memanfaatkan permainan tradisional sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Bagi siswa, diharapkan tetap semangat dalam menggali potensi diri. Peneliti juga menyarankan agar penelitian serupa dapat dikembangkan dengan metode atau jenis permainan lainnya. One important aspect in physical education is training agility, which is the ability to change direction of movement quickly without losing balance. This study aims to improve the agility of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 16 Klender Pagi, through the traditional game of gobak sodor. In addition, this study also aims to develop traditional games as a learning method, provide teaching variations for teachers, and increase students' interest in traditional games. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis & McTaggart model consisting of four stages, namely planning, action and observation, reflection, and re-planning. The results of observations in Cycle I showed that 28.12% of students were in the less category, 50% were moderate, and 21.88% were good. In Cycle II, the results increased significantly, namely 0% were less, 34.38% were moderate, 62.50% were good, and 3.12% were very good. It can be concluded that the implementation of gobak sodor game in PJOK learning can improve students' agility effectively. Suggestions are given to PJOK teachers to utilize traditional games as an alternative learning strategy that is interesting and fun. For students, it is expected to remain enthusiastic in exploring their potential. The researcher also suggests that similar research can be developed with other methods or types of games.
