Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan Integrated School Canteen (ISC), sebuah sistem informasi pemesanan makanan berbasis web yang dirancang untuk menggantikan metode pemesanan konvensional yang selama ini masih digunakan di SMP Labschool Jakarta, khususnya pada kantin sehat. Sistem ISC dikembangkan sebagai bentuk respons terhadap kebutuhan akan transformasi digital di sektor pendukung pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengelolaan konsumsi makanan sehat di sekolah.Sistem ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan proses pemesanan, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat tambahan berupa pengawasan orang tua terhadap makanan yang dikonsumsi anak, mengurangi risiko antrian panjang saat jam istirahat, serta membantu pengelola kantin dalam melakukan prediksi kebutuhan bahan makanan secara lebih akurat. Metode Rapid Application Development digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem supaya dapat memperoleh sistem informasi berbasis web yang tepat dan cepat. Metode pengujian ISC terbagi menjadi 2 fase yaitu alpha test dan beta test, dimana pada alpha test pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Blackbox Testing dengan hasil yang di dapat adalah fitur berhasil berjalan dengan 100% berhasil sehingga dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya yaitu Beta test dimana pengujian menggunakan User Acceptance Testing dengan perhitungan skala Guttman dimana mendapatkan hasil 100% yang dapat dinyatakan bahwa sistem sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, sistem ISC ini dinilai telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional baik dari segitu fitur-fitur maupun database yang telah dikembangkan didalamnya. ***** This research focuses on the development of Integrated School Canteen (ISC), a web-based food ordering information system designed to replace the conventional ordering method that is still used at SMP Labschool Jakarta, especially in healthy canteens. The ISC system was developed as a response to the need for digital transformation in the education support sector, especially in managing healthy food consumption in schools. This system not only aims to simplify the ordering process, but also provides additional benefits in the form of parental supervision of the food consumed by children, reducing the risk of long queues during breaks, and helping canteen managers predict food needs more accurately. The Rapid Application Development method is used to develop the system in order to obtain a web-based information system that is precise and fast. The ISC testing method is divided into 2 phases, namely alpha test and beta test, where in the alpha test the testing was carried out using Blackbox Testing with the results obtained being a feature that was successfully running with 100% success so that it can be continued to the next stage, namely Beta test where the testing used User Acceptance Testing with Guttman scale calculations which got 100% results which can be stated that the system is very good. Overall, the ISC system is considered to have met functional requirements, both in terms of the features and databases that have been developed within it.
