Abstract
Wilayah Kelurahan Bukit Duri, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan merupakan wilayah padat penduduk dan berada pada bantaran Sungai Ciliwung yang rawan terhadap banjir. Bencana banjir yang terjadi di wilayah ini disebabkan oleh curah hujan dengan intensitas tinggi, yang berdampak pada kerusakan lingkungan dan infrastruktur, kerugian fisik dan material serta menimbulkan korban jiwa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis genangan banjir dan wilayah bangunan terdampak banjir melalui pemodelan dan visualisasi genangan banjir di Kelurahan Bukit Duri, Kecamatan Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Metode pemodelan banjir menggunakan perangkat lunak HEC-RAS 6.6 dengan input banjir rencana dianalisis menggunakan Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik Nakayasu (HSS) yang diperoleh dari pengolahan data curah hujan harian maksimum, luas Daerah Aliran Sungai, dan panjang sungai utama. Sedangkan data geometri sungai dilakukan dengan cara digitasi dari ekstraksi data digital elevation model (DEM) kedalam bentuk terrain. Visualisasi genangan banjir dan bangunan terdampak banjir memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) ArcGIS 10.8 dengan overlay hasil pemodelan banjir dan data bangunan Kelurahan Bukit Duri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu puncak banjir adalah 8,70 jam dan debit puncak pada periode ulang 50 tahun sebesar 540,80 m3/detik dengan total luas genangan banjir sebesar 0,284 km2, serta jumlah bangunan terdampak mencapai 1.400 bangunan. Genangan banjir ini tersebar pada lima Rukun Warga (RW) meliputi RW 001, 008, 010, 011, dan 012.*****Bukit Duri Village, Tebet, South Jakarta is a densely populated area located on the banks of the Ciliwung River, which is prone to flooding. Flood disasters that occur in this area are caused by high-intensity rainfall, which has an impact on environmental and infrastructure damage, physical and material losses, and causes casualties. The purpose of this study is to analyze flood inundation and flood-affected building areas through modeling and visualization of flood inundation in Bukit Duri Village, Tebet District, South Jakarta. The flood modeling method uses HEC-RAS 6.6 software with design flood input analyzed using Nakayasu Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (HSS) obtained from processing maximum daily rainfall data, watershed area, and main river length. Meanwhile, river geometry data is done by digitizing from digital elevation model (DEM) data extraction into terrain form. Visualization of flood inundation and flood-affected buildings utilizes the Geographic Information System (GIS) ArcGIS 10.8 by overlaying flood modeling results and building data from Bukit Duri Village. The research results showed that the peak flooding time was 8.70 hours, and the peak discharge during the 50-year return period was 540.80 m3/second, with a total flooded area of 0.284 km2 and 1,400 buildings affected. The flood inundation is spread across five Neighborhood Units (RW), including RW 001, 008, 010, 011, and 012.
