Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun alat peraga spektroskop spektrum warna (SPEKTRA) untuk memvisualisasikan spektrum warna dari berbagai sumber cahaya. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate), yang dibatasi hingga tahap Develop. Pada tahap Define dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara terhadap guru, observasi langsung terhadap pembelajaran, serta studi literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya kesulitan bagi siswa dalam memahami dan memvisualisasikan materi cahaya karena belum tersedianya alat peraga pembelajaran fisika pada tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Pada tahap Design dan Develop dilakukan penyusunan storyboard dan kerangka alat yang digunakan serta pembuatan prototipe produk. Alat peraga spektroskop ini diharapkan menjadi solusi media pembelajaran fisika yang dapat menunjang siswa dalam memahami pembelajaran fisika./This research aims to design and build a spectroscope learning aid for color spectrum (SPEKTRA) to visualize the color spectrum from various light sources. The research uses a Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), limited to the Develop stage. The Define stage involved a needs analysis through interviews with teachers, direct observation of learning activities, and a literature review. The results of the analysis showed that students have difficulty understanding and visualizing Light-related material because of the lack of physics learning aids at the high school level. In the Design and Develop stages, a storyboard and tool framework were created, followed by the production of a product prototype. This spectroscope learning aid is expected to be a solution for physics learning media that can support students in understanding physics.
