Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Enriched Virtual Classroom (EVC) yang dikombinasikan dengan metode role playing pada Pelatihan Nusantara Sehat bagi Tenaga Perawat. Pengembangan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai BerAKHLAK dalam pelayanan kesehatan, serta mendukung pelatihan yang fleksibel, interaktif, dan berbasis teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE, yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah tenaga perawat yang mengikuti Pelatihan Nusantara Sehat di BBPK Jakarta. Hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba menunjukkan bahwa produk EVC dengan metode role playing dinyatakan sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pelatihan. Dengan memanfaatkan Learning Management System (LMS), peserta pelatihan dapat belajar secara mandiri melalui materi daring, mengikuti kegiatan tatap muka virtual, serta mempraktikkan nilai-nilai BerAKHLAK melalui simulasi peran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lanjutan pada jenis pelatihan lainnya dan penguatan dukungan infrastruktur digital. Kata Kunci: Enriched Virtual Classroom, role playing, Pelatihan Nusantara Sehat, Nilai-Nilai BerAKHLAK ***** ABSTRACT This study aims to develop an Enriched Virtual Classroom (EVC) integrated with the role-playing method for the Nusantara Sehat training program for nurses. The development seeks to enhance the understanding and application of BerAKHLAK values in healthcare services while supporting flexible, interactive, and technology-based training. The research adopts the ADDIE development model, encompassing the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study participants were nurses enrolled in the Nusantara Sehat training at BBPK Jakarta. Expert validation and trial results indicated that the EVC product, combined with the role-playing method, was highly feasible and effective for training purposes. Utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS), participants can engage in self-paced learning, attend virtual face-to-face sessions, and apply BerAKHLAK values through role-playing simulations. The study recommends further development for other types of training and enhanced digital infrastructure support.
