Abstract

Dengan demikian, lintasan belajar yang dirancang efektif dalam membangun CTA peserta didik melalui implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek.*****Learning linear functions so far tends to focus on achieving mathematical concepts without integrating computational thinking (CT) skills. In fact, CT can be developed along with learning the material. Project-based learning (PBL) is known to be effective in building CT skills, but its application in the context of linear functions is still limited. Until now, there is no learning trajectory specifically designed to develop CT skills in linear function material. This study aims to design a valid learning trajectory on PjBL-based linear function material to build students' CT skills. The developed CT abilities include decomposition, algorithmic thinking, generalization, and abstraction. The method used is design research which includes three stages: preliminary design, teaching experiment, and retrospective analysis. Data were obtained through learner discussions, observations, field notes, video recordings, and interviews. The results showed that the designed learning trajectory consisted of six stages of PjBL integrated with the concept of linear function and CT development strategy. The implementation of this trajectory shows that the ability of decomposition, algorithmic thinking, generalization, and abstraction can develop progressively, along with the achievement of understanding the concept of linear function. In addition, PjBL proved effective in encouraging learners' active involvement in understanding the concept of linear functions contextually. Thus, the designed learning trajectory is effective in building learners' CT skills through the implementation of project-based learning.
