Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK di Jakarta, (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada siswa SMK di Jakarta, (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan praktik kerja industri, secara bersama-sama terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMK As- Sa’adah Jakarta, SMK At-Taqwa Jakarta dan SMK Poncol Jakarta jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran yang sudah melaksanakan pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan praktik kerja industri sebanyak 195 siswa. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 132 anggota dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0 yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara langsung, Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (2) Secara langsung, Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap praktik kerja industry, (3) Secara langsung, praktik kerja industry tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, (3) Praktik kerja industry tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung dan tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening atau mediasi antara Pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Praktik Kerja Industri, Intensi Berwirausaha ***** This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of vocational high school students in Jakarta, (2) the effect of industrial work experience on the entrepreneurial intentions of vocational high school students in Jakarta, and (3) the effect of entrepreneurship education and industrial work experience, simultaneously, on the entrepreneurial intentions of vocational high school students in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The population was 195 students majoring in online business and marketing at As-Sa'adah Vocational High School, Jakarta, At-Taqwa Vocational High School, and Poncol Vocational High School, Jakarta, who had undergone entrepreneurship learning and industrial work experience. A sample of 132 students was drawn using Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 4.0 for statistical analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) Entrepreneurship education has a direct and significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, (2) Entrepreneurship education has a direct and significant positive effect on industrial work practices, (3) Industrial work practices do not have a direct and significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and (3) Industrial work practices do not have a positive and significant indirect effect and do not act as an intervening or mediating variable between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.
