Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah efektivitas program BSI Scholarship dan dukungan orang tua berpengaruh pada prestasi awardee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 115 awardee yang berkuliah di Jakarta dari berbagai program studi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai data primer. Uji prasyaratan analisis menyatakan data berdistribusi normal dan linier dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 71,437 + 0,107 X1 + 0,109 X2+e. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan uji t, variabel efektivitas program memperoleh nilai t hitung (2,253) > t tabel (1,981) sehingga H1 diterima. Variabel dukungan orang tua memperoleh nilai t hitung (3,371) > t tabel (1,981) sehingga H2 diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efektivitas program BSI Scholarship dan prestasi awardee, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan anntara dukungan orang tua dan prestasi awardee. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Program, Dukungan Orang Tua, Prestasi Awardee. ***** This study aims to determine whether the effectiveness of the BSI Scholarship program and parental support influence awardee achievement in Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was 115 awardees studying in Jakarta from various study programs. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires as primary data. The analysis prerequisite test indicated that the data were normally and linearly distributed with a multiple regression equation of Y = 71.437 + 0.107 X1 + 0.109 X2 + e. Based on data analysis using the t-test, the program effectiveness variable obtained a calculated t-value (2.253) > t-table (1.981), thus H1 was accepted. The parental support variable obtained a calculated t-value (3.371) > t-table (1.981), thus H2 was accepted. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of the BSI Scholarship program and awardee achievement, and a positive and significant influence between parental support and awardee achievement.
