Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikaan kewirausahaan, sikap kewirausahaan dan intensi berwirausaha terhadap memilih karir sebagai wirausaha paada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang telah mengikuti program Wira-Wiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang mengukuti program Wira-Wiri tahun 2023-2024 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 133 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran alat ukur penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 (lima) alternatif jawaban kepada 339 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang mengukuti program Wira-Wiri tahun 2023-2024 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Pilihan Karir sebagai Wirausaha. 2) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. 3) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan Sikap Kewirausahaan. 4) Sikap Kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Pilihan Karir serta Intensi Berwirausaha. 5) Intensi Berwirausaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pilihan Karir sebagai Wirausaha. 6) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Pilihan Karir, yang dimediasi oleh Sikap Kewirausahaan maupun Intensi Berwirausaha. 7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari Sikap Kewirausahaan terhadap Pilihan Karir, melalui mediasi Intensi Berwirausaha. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial intention on the decision to pursue a career as an entrepreneur among students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Jakarta who participated in the Wira-Wiri program. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method. The accessible population comprised students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who participated in the Wira-Wiri program during the 2023–2024 academic year. The sample consisted of 133 students, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted by distributing research instruments in the form of questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale to 339 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who participated in the 2023–2024 Wira-Wiri program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) method. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) Entrepreneurship education has a direct and significant effect on the choice of a career as an entrepreneur. 2) Entrepreneurship education does not have a direct and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. 3) Entrepreneurship education significantly influences the development of entrepreneurial attitudes. 4) Entrepreneurial attitude has a direct and significant effect on both career choice and entrepreneurial intention. 5) Entrepreneurial intention significantly influences the choice of a career as an entrepreneur. 6) There is a significant indirect effect of entrepreneurship education on career choice, mediated by both entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention. 7) There is a significant indirect effect of entrepreneurial attitude on career choice, mediated by entrepreneurial intention.
