Abstract

Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 1998 - 2015 merupakan negara penangkap hiu terbesar di dunia dengan tangkapan sekitar 112.472,6 ton atau 14% tangkapan dunia. Kegiatan penangkapan hiu di Indonesia dapat dibagi menjadi 72 % bycatch ( tangkapan sampingan) dan 28% targetcatch ( tangkapan utama). Penangkapan hiu secara intensif ini menyebabkan penurunan populasi dan kelimpahannya dialam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jumlah hasil tangkapan, sebaran frekuensi panjang dan berat , hubungan panjang berat dan nisbah kelamin dari hiu kejen hitam. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-September 2019 di Pelabuhan P2SKP Muncar, Banyuwangi. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan observasi langsung dilapangan, dengan data yang diambil adalah morfometrik dari hiu yaitu Panjang Total (TL), berat tiap individu, dan tingkat kematangan clasper pada jantan. Data yang diperoleh dibuat rentang panjang kelas, lalu dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana untuk hubungan panjang berat, uji Chi – Square untuk nisbah kelamin dan kematangan kelamin jantan. Terdata 1389 ekor hiu kejen hitam dengan hasil tangkapan tertinggi pada bulan Agustus dengan 500 individu dan terendah pada bulan Maret dengan 77 individu, dengan ukuran panjang 73-266 cm dengan berat 1,71-164 kg. Pola pertumbuhan Alometrik postif dengan W=85,939L3,687, Perbandingan Jantan:Betina 1:1,13. Kematangan klasper NC(85,2%), NFC (4,6%),FC(10,2%). Kebanyakan hiu yang tertangkap masih dalam kondisi belum matang kelamin dan tertangkap kemungkinan pada masa memijah dan beranak. Shark fishing activities in Indonesia can be divided into 72% baycath (bycatch) and 28% maincatch (main catch). This intensive catching of sharks causes a decline in population and abundance in nature. The purpose of this study is the results of the study of the number of results, any length and weight, length and weight relationship and sex ratio of the black shark. The study was conducted in March-September 2019 at the P2SKP Port of Muncar, Banyuwangi. The method used is a descriptive method with direct observation in the field, with data taken is morphometric from sharks that is Total Length (TL), the weight of each individual, and the level of maturity of the clasper in males. The data obtained were made throughout the class, then analyzed using simple regression for long relationships, Chi-Square test for gender ratio and male gender maturity. Recorded 1389 black sharks with the most catches in August with 500 individuals and the lowest in March with 77 individuals, with a length of 73-266 cm with a weight of 1.71-164 kg. Positive allometric growth patterns with W = 85,939 L3,687, Male Comparison: Female 1: 1,13. Maturity grade NC (85.2%), NFC (4.6%), FC (10.2%).
