Abstract

Dalam era Society 5.0, literasi biologi sebagai bagian dari literasi sain menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk menghadapi kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Namun literasi biologi peserta didik di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Keterampilan ini dapat dilatih melalui pembelajaran Biologi, khususnya materi sistem imun yang mengharuskan peserta didik memahami, menerapkan, dan menganalisis konsep serta prosedur untuk memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SSCS terhadap literasi biologi peserta didik SMA pada materi sistem imun. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan 2 kelas yang dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t menggunakan uji independent sample t-test pada α = 0,05 diperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,009, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model Search Solve Create and Share terhadap literasi biologi peserta didi SMA pada materi sistem imun. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diaplikasikan sebagai model alternatif yang digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan literasi biologi peserta didik SMA pada materi sistem imun. Kata kunci: literasi biologi, peserta didik, SSCS, sistem imun /*** In the society 5.0 era, biological literacy as part of science literacy is an important need to face technological and scientific advances. However, the biological literacy of students in Indonesia is still relatively low. This ability can be trained through Biology learning, especially immune system material that requires students to understand, apply, and analyze concepts and procedures to solve problems. This study aims to determine the effect of the SSCS learning model on the biological literacy of high school students on the material of the immune system. The method used in this research is quasi experiment. The sample of this study used 2 classes that were randomly selected. Based on the results of the t-test using the independent sample t-test test at α = 0.05, a significance of 0.009 was obtained, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying the Search Solve Create and Share model on the biological literacy of high school students on the material of the immune system. The results of this study can be applied as an alternative model used by teachers in improving the biological literacy of high school students on the material of the immune system.
