Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan inhibisi melalui pembelajaran tari dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual. Salah satu penyebab rendahnya kemampuan inhibisi siswa adalah kurangnya mengontrol emosi atau tindakan siswa didalam kelas sehingga dapat menghambat proses belajar siswa. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI-C di SMAN 11 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Model yang digunakan yaitu model penelitian Kurt Lewin dengan empat tahapan tindakan berisikan (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, (4) refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang divalidasi oleh ahli dengan aspek inhibisi yaitu kognitif, perilaku, dan emosional. Dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan inhibisi melalui pembelajaran tari di kelas XI-C SMAN 11 Jakarta. ***** This study was conducted with the aim of improving students' inhibition through dance learning by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model. One of the factors contributing to students' low inhibition ability is the lack of emotional and behavioral control in the classroom, which can hinder the learning process. The subject of this research was Class XI-C at SMAN 11 Jakarta. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, carried out in two cycles. The research model used was Kurt Lewin’s model, which consists of four stages: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The research instrument was validated by experts and focused on aspects of inhibition, namely cognitive, behavioral, and emotional. The results of this study indicate that the application of the contextual learning model can effectively improve students’ inhibition through dance learning in Class XI-C at SMAN 11 Jakarta.
