Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle pada pembelajaran IPA yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN Pekayon Jaya VII Bekasi. Instrumen penelitian mencakup lembar validasi ahli materi, media, dan bahasa, serta uji coba one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS IPA berbasis Moodle yang dikembangkan berada dalam kategori layak digunakan. Hasil validasi ahli materi mencapai 88% (layak), validasi ahli media 92,7% (sangat layak), dan validasi ahli bahasa 83% (layak). Secara keseluruhan, skor rata-rata hasil validasi para ahli adalah 87,9% dengan kategori “Layak”. Uji coba one-to-one yang melibatkan 3 peserta didik memperoleh skor 89,6% (sangat layak), uji coba small group dengan 10 peserta didik memperoleh skor 94% (sangat layak), dan uji coba field test dengan 30 peserta didik memperoleh skor 95% (sangat layak). Respon guru terhadap penggunaan LMS juga menunjukkan skor rata-rata 90,5% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji efektivitas menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest dengan uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 106,10 meningkat menjadi 140,13 pada posttest. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa LMS IPA berbasis Moodle efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa LMS IPA berbasis Moodle telah valid, layak, dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar, serta mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembelajaran mandiri dan berbasis teknologi. ***** This research and development aims to produce a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) for science learning designed to improve the learning independence of fifth-grade elementary school students. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SDN Pekayon Jaya VII Bekasi. The research instruments included expert validation sheets for material, media, and language, as well as one-to-one, small group, and field tests. The results showed that the Moodle-based LMS for science education developed in this study was feasible for use. The subject matter expert validation score was 88% (suitable), the media expert validation score was 92.7% (very suitable), and the language expert validation score was 83% (suitable). Overall, the average score of the expert validation results was 87.9% in the “Suitable” category. The one-to-one trial involving 3 students obtained a score of 89.6% (very feasible), the small group trial with 10 students obtained a score of 94% (very feasible), and the field test trial with 30 students obtained a score of 95% (very feasible). Teachers' responses to the use of LMS also showed an average score of 90.5% in the very acceptable category. The effectiveness test results using a one-group pretest-posttest design with a t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results of students' learning independence. The average pretest score of 106.10 increased to 140.13 on the posttest. These results indicate that the Moodle-based science LMS is effective in improving student learning independence. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Moodle-based LMS for science is valid, feasible, and effective as a learning medium for improving the learning independence of fifth-grade elementary school students, as well as supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes independent and technology-based learning.
