Abstract

Kebakaran merupakan salah satu keadaan darurat yang dapat terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan berpotensi menimbulkan korban jiwa, kerugian material, serta gangguan aktivitas perkuliahan dilingkungan perguruan tinggi. Gedung 1A dan 1B Universitas Negeri Jakarta hingga saat ini belum memiliki pelaksanaan latihan kebakaran secara menyeluruh dan terstruktur, sehingga diperlukan perancangan skenario yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan penghuni gedung terhadap bahaya kebakaran. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang skenario fire drill yang sesuai dengan karakteristik gedung 1A dan 1B Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE dan dibatasi hingga tahap Development, meliputi analisis kondisi gedung, identifikasi risiko kebakaran, penentuan titik mula penyalaan api, prediksi penyebaran asap, respon awal penghuni, serta penyusunan skenario implementasi fire drill. Dengan hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rancangan skenario yang komprehensif, sistematis, dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi eksiting gedung 1A dan 1B Universitas Negeri Jakarta sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan latihan kebakaran untuk mendukung peningkatan kesiapsiagaan penghuni gedung saat diimplementasikan secara berkala dalam menghadapi situasi darurat kebakaran. ***** Fire is an emergency condition that can occur suddenly and has the potential to cause casualties, material losses, as well as disruption to academic activities within higher education environments. Building 1A and 1B of Universitas Negeri Jakarta have not yet implemented a comprehensive and structured fire drill program, thus the development of a scenario is necessary as a reference to improve the preparedness of building occupants against fire hazards. This study aims to design a fire drill scenario that aligns with the characteristics of Building 1A and 1B at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The development method used is ADDIE, which in this study is limited to the Development stage, including building condition analysis, fire risk identification, determination of the ignition point, smoke spread prediction, initial occupant response, and preparation of fire drill implementation scenarios. The result of this study is a comprehensive and systematic scenario design that is adjusted to the existing conditions of Building 1A and 1B, thus providing a basis for the implementation of periodic fire drill exercises aimed at improving the level of preparedness of building occupants in facing fire emergency conditions.”.
