Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya identifikasi bakat olahraga sejak usia 12-15 tahun sebagai pondasi pembinaan atlet jangka panjang, khususnya pada cabang olahraga Pencak Silat yang merupakan warisan budaya bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan adaptasi Talent Identification Questionnaire (TIQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Reilly (2000) agar sesuai dengan konteks budaya dan kebutuhan cabang olahraga Pencak Silat. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) serta analisis Rasch untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen secara komprehensif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain adaptasi instrumen. Populasi penelitian adalah atlet usia 12-15 tahun dengan total 409 responden, dengan teknik purposive sampling.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TIQ yang diadaptasi memiliki validitas tingi dengan nilai Aikens’v 0.85, serta reliabilitas tinggi dengan Person Reliability 0.94, Item Reliability 0,99, Cronbach's alpha 0,95. Dengan demikian TIQ mampu mengintegrasikan bekerbakatan secara holistik. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan ilmu psikologi olahraga, serta manfaat praktis bagi pelatih, lembaga olahraga, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program identifikasi dan pembinaan bakat olahraga usia dini. **** This research is motivated by the importance of identifying sports talents from the age of 12-15 years as the foundation for long-term athlete development, especially in the sport of Pencak Silat which is the nation's cultural heritage. The purpose of this study is to adapt the Talent Identification Questionnaire (TIQ) developed by Reilly (2000) to suit the cultural context and needs of the Pencak Silat sport. Data analysis was carried out using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Rasch analysis to comprehensively test the validity and reliability of the instruments. The research method uses a quantitative approach with instrument adaptation design. The study population was athletes aged 12-15 years with a total of 409 respondents, with purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the adapted TIQ had a high validity with an Aikens' v value of 0.85, as well as high reliability with a Person Reliability of 0.94, Item Reliability of 0.99, Cronbach's alpha of 0.95. Thus, TIQ is able to integrate diversity holistically. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of sports psychology, as well as practical benefits for coaches, sports institutions, and policymakers in designing programs for the identification and development of early childhood sports talents.
