Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan prototype sistem monitoring dan penyortiran kelayakan susu sapi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan metode fuzzy logic. Sistem yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan sensor pH4502-C, sensor suhu, mikrokontroler ESP32, metode inferensi fuzzy berbasis kurva Gaussian, serta aktuator konveyor untuk mengklasifikasikan kelayakan susu secara otomatis. Parameter kualitas yang digunakan adalah pH dan suhu susu, di mana nilai pH dikoreksi terhadap suhu menggunakan koefisien pH, kemudian diproses oleh sistem fuzzy untuk menghasilkan nilai defuzzifikasi yang menentukan tingkat kelayakan susu (Layak, Kurang Layak, Tidak Layak). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor pH dan suhu mampu membaca data secara kontinu dengan tingkat kesalahan relatif kecil (±1–5%). Sistem fuzzy menghasilkan keputusan kelayakan yang konsisten dengan sistem manual, dengan rata-rata selisih pH sebesar 0,028 dan nilai defuzzifikasi yang sesuai kategori. Integrasi dengan konveyor berbasis driver BTS7960 memungkinkan penyortiran susu secara otomatis sesuai kategori kelayakan. Sistem ini juga mampu memantau data secara real-time. Kata Kunci: pH susu, fuzzy logic, IoT, ESP32, pengukuran suhu, kelayakan susu. ***** ABSTRACK This research aims to design and implement a prototype Internet of Things (IoT)-based cow's milk quality monitoring and sorting system using fuzzy logic. The developed system integrates a pH4502-C sensor, a temperature sensor, an ESP32 microcontroller, a Gaussian curve-based fuzzy inference method, and a conveyor actuator to automatically classify milk quality. The quality parameters used are milk pH and temperature. The pH value is corrected for temperature using the pH coefficient, then processed by the fuzzy system to generate a defuzzification value that determines the milk's quality level (Fair, Less Viable, Not Viable). Test results show that the pH and temperature sensors can read data continuously with a relatively small error rate (±1–5%). The fuzzy system produces quality decisions consistent with the manual system, with an average pH difference of 0.028 and defuzzification values that match the appropriate category. Integration with a BTS7960 driver-based conveyor allows for automatic milk sorting according to quality category. This system also monitors data in real time.
