Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana perilaku pro-lingkungan masyarakat pada wilayah dengan bahaya banjir di Kelurahan Cililitan, Kecamatan Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur. Masalah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini yakni belum diketahuinya gambaran perilaku pro-lingkungan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bahaya banjir di Kelurahan Cililitan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Aspek perilaku pro-lingkungan yang dianalisis adalah aspek yang berkaitan dengan banjir, yakni aspek menghindari limbah, aspek daur ulang, dan aspek perilaku konservasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner di tiga RW yang memiliki tingkat bahaya banjir sedang hingga tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku masyarakat pada aspek menghindari limbah (avoiding waste) di wilayah bahaya sedang dan tinggi memiliki kategori tinggi. Kemudian pada aspek daur ulang (recycle) juga dengan kategori tinggi di kedua wilayah. Serta pada aspek perilaku konservasi (conservation) dengan kategori tinggi pula di kedua wilayah tingkat bahaya. Secara keseluruhan, perilaku pro-lingkungan masyarakat di kedua wilayah termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi, yang menandakan bahwa perilaku pro-lingkungan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bahaya banjir di Kelurahan Cililitan sudah baik. ***** This study aims to analyze community pro-environmental behavior in areas exposed to flood hazards in Cililitan Subdistrict, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta. The problem underlying this research is the lack of information regarding the characteristics of community pro-environmental behavior in facing flood hazards in Cililitan Subdistrict. The method used in this study is quantitative, employing descriptive analysis techniques. The aspects of pro-environmental behavior analyzed in this study are those related to flooding, namely avoiding waste, recycling, and conservation behavior. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires in three neighborhood units (RW) that have moderate to high levels of flood hazard. The results show that community behavior in the avoiding waste aspect in both moderate- and high-hazard areas falls into the high category. Furthermore, the recycling aspect is also categorized as high in both areas. Likewise, conservation behavior is also classified as high in both levels of flood hazard. Overall, community pro-environmental behavior in both areas is included in the high category, indicating that community pro-environmental behavior in facing flood hazards in Cililitan Subdistrict is already good.
