Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Food and Beverage Service berbasis 3D visual pada materi peralatan restoran. Pengembangan media ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan media pembelajaran di sekolah, khususnya tidak tersedianya buku cetak sebagai sumber belajar, sehingga peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami bentuk, ukuran, dan fungsi peralatan restoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D, yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, serta diuji coba kepada pengguna, yaitu 28 siswa kelas XI perhotelan SMK Negeri 33 Jakarta. Hasil uji validasi menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 98% dan ahli materi sebesar 94%, yang keduanya termasuk kategori sangat sesuai sedangkan hasil uji coba pengguna memperoleh persentase sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat sesuai. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media pembelajaran berbasis 3D visual dinyatakan layak dan sesuai digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi peralatan restoran. ***** This study aims to develop a 3D visual-based learning media for the Restaurant Equipment subject in the Food and Beverage Service competency. The development of this media is motivated by the limited availability of learning resources in schools, particularly the absence of printed textbooks, which causes students to experience difficulties in understanding the form, size, and function of restaurant equipment. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The learning media was validated by media experts and material experts and tested on users involving 28 students of the Hospitality program at SMK Negeri 33 Jakarta. The validation results showed that the media expert assessment obtained a percentage of 98% and the material expert assessment obtained 94%, both categorized as highly feasible, while the user trial resulted in a percentage of 90%, also categorized as highly feasible. Based on these results, the developed 3D visual-based learning media is considered suitable for use in the Restaurant Equipment subject.
