Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas pendamping lapangan dalam Program Sekar Mukti serta keterkaitannya dengan pengembangan kompetensi wirausaha baru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi pada kegiatan pelatihan ecoprint, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendamping telah menjalankan berbagai peran dalam pendampingan, namun pelaksanaannya belum konsisten dan merata. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada kompetensi usaha rintisan anggota, khususnya pada aspek jejaring usaha dan inovasi produk yang masih bergantung pada fasilitasi pihak eksternal. Anggota menunjukkan adanya inisiatif usaha, namun keterbatasan modal, jejaring, dan kapasitas pemasaran menjadi hambatan dalam mencapai kemandirian usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas pendamping lapangan secara terarah diperlukan untuk mendukung pengembangan kompetensi usaha rintisan anggota secara lebih berkelanjutan. ***** This study aims to analyze the capacity of field facilitators in the Sekar Mukti Program and its relation to the development of members’ startup business competencies. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation during ecoprint training activities, and documentation. The findings indicate that facilitators have performed various mentoring roles; however, their implementation has not been consistent or evenly distributed. This condition affects the development of members’ business competencies, particularly in business networking and product innovation, which remain dependent on external support. Although members demonstrate initiative, limitations in capital, networking, and marketing capacity hinder business independence. The study concludes that strengthening the capacity of field facilitators is essential to support sustainable development of startup business competencies.
