Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Augmented Reality (AR) dan Virtual Reality (VR) pada materi larutan penyangga serta mengkaji pengaruhnya terhadap miskonsepsi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi) serta desain kuasi-eksperimen pre-test post-test control group. Penelitian dilaksanakan di beberapa SMA di wilayah Jabodetabek dan Yogyakarta, Indonesia, dengan analisis data menggunakan Independent Sample T-test. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes miskonsepsi tiga tingkat, angket kelayakan yang divalidasi oleh ahli media, materi, dan bahasa, serta angket respons guru dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media AR dan VR dinyatakan sangat layak. Ahli media memberikan penilaian sebesar 96% untuk AR dan 90% untuk VR, sedangkan ahli materi dan bahasa memberikan skor masing-masing 89% dan 87%. Uji coba terbatas menghasilkan kelayakan 94% untuk AR dan 93% untuk VR, sedangkan uji coba lapangan menunjukkan hasil 85% untuk AR dan 83% untuk VR. Guru juga memberikan penilaian sangat layak dengan skor 100% untuk AR dan 98% untuk VR. Uji pengaruh media terhadap miskonsepsi menggunakan Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok yang menggunakan AR dan VR dengan kelompok yang menggunakan PowerPoint dan video pembelajaran (p < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media AR dan VR tidak hanya layak digunakan, tetapi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap miskonsepsi pada pembelajaran larutan penyangga.*****This study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) learning media on the topic of buffer solutions and to examine their effect on students’ misconceptions. The research employed the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test control group design. The study was conducted in senior high schools located in the Greater Jakarta and Yogyakarta areas, Indonesia, and data were analyzed using the Independent Sample T-test. The research instruments included a three-tier misconception test, feasibility questionnaires validated by media, subject matter, and language experts, as well as teacher and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the AR and VR media were highly feasible. Media experts rated AR and VR at 96% and 90%, respectively, while subject matter and language experts provided scores of 89% for AR and 87% for VR. The pilot test yielded feasibility scores of 94% for AR and 93% for VR, while the field trial resulted in 85% for AR and 83% for VR. Teachers rated the media as very feasible, with scores of 100% for AR and 98% for VR. The effect of the media on students’ misconceptions was analyzed using the Independent Sample T-test, which revealed a significant difference between the group using AR and VR media and the group using PowerPoint and video-based learning (p < 0.05). The findings of this study indicate that the developed AR and VR learning media are feasible for use in chemistry learning and have a positive effect on misconceptions in buffer solution concepts.
