Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Program Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Ekstrakurikuler berbasis Google Workspace di SMP Negeri 173 Jakarta, dengan fokus pada proses input data, model kerja sistem, output yang dihasilkan, serta pemanfaatan komponen Google Workspace dalam administrasi ekstrakurikuler. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kesiswaan, koordinator ekstrakurikuler, pembina/pelatih, dan siswa sebagai informan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Google Workspace membantu sekolah mengelola ekstrakurikuler secara lebih efisien, terstruktur, dan transparan; proses input data dilakukan melalui Google Forms dan terintegrasi otomatis ke Google Sheets, sementara pengolahan absensi, pembuatan laporan, dan arsip digital dikelola melalui Google Docs, Slides, dan Drive. Implementasi ini menghasilkan output berupa laporan kegiatan, rekapan absensi, dokumentasi, serta penilaian keterlibatan siswa yang lebih rapi dan mudah diakses, sehingga Google Workspace terbukti mendukung efektivitas dan kualitas pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 173 Jakarta. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Ekstrakurikuler, Google Workspace, Implementasi Program. ***** This study aims to describe the implementation of the Google Workspace-based Extracurricular Management Information System (SIM) Program at SMP Negeri 173 Jakarta, focusing on the data input process, the system's working model, the generated output, and the utilization of Google Workspace components in extracurricular administration. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, this study involved school principals, student affairs vise principals, extracurricular coordinators, advisors/coaches, and students as informants. Data was collected thru interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The research results show that Google Workspace helps schools manage extracurricular activities more efficiently, structured, and transparently; the data input process is done thru Google Forms and automatically integrated into Google Sheets, while attendance processing, report generation, and digital archiving are managed thru Google Docs, Slides, and Drive. This implementation results in outputs such as activity reports, attendance summaries, documentation, and student engagement assessments that are neater and more easily accessible, thus proving that Google Workspace supports the effectiveness and quality of extracurricular management at SMP Negeri 173 Jakarta.
