Abstract
Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam kegiatan praktik di bengkel pendidikan, khususnya pada pekerjaan yang melibatkan penggunaan alat dan material konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan K3 melalui metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) di Bengkel Batu Beton SMKN 1 Jakarta serta menentukan upaya pengendalian risiko yang sesuai dengan hierarki pengendalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara, ceklis tabel, dan dokumentasi. Identifikasi bahaya dilakukan pada setiap tahapan pekerjaan praktikum di bengkel, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penilaian risiko berdasarkan tingkat kemungkinan dan tingkat keparahan dengan hasil yang didapatkan 49 potensi bahaya dan penilaian risiko untuk 49 potensi bahaya didapatkan tingkat resiko tinggi (T) sebanyak 7 risiko (14,2%), risiko sedang (S) sebanyak 24 (48,97%) dan risiko rendah sebanyak 18 (36,73%) pengendalian risiko ditentukan dengan mengacu pada hierarki pengendalian risiko yang meliputi eliminasi, substitusi, pengendalian teknik, pengendalian administratif, dan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Dengan adanya analisis mengenai risiko kecelakaan kerja yang dapat terjadi, maka diharapkan risiko kecelakaan kerja yang mungkin bisa terjadi dapat diminimalisir atau bahkan dicegah dalam upaya menciptakan kondisi yang aman dan nyaman. ***** Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an essential aspect of practical activities in educational workshops, particularly in tasks involving construction tools and materials. This study aims to analyze the implementation of OSH using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method in the Concrete and Masonry Workshop of SMKN 1 Jakarta and to determine appropriate risk control measures based on the hierarchy of controls. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques including direct observation, interviews, checklist tables, and documentation. Hazard identification was conducted at each stage of practical workshop activities, followed by risk assessment based on the level of likelihood and severity. The results identified 49 potential hazards, with 7 high-risk hazards (14.29%), 24 medium-risk hazards (48.98%), and 18 low-risk hazards (36.73%). Risk control measures were determined by referring to the hierarchy of risk control, which includes elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Through this analysis of occupational accident risks, it is expected that potential workplace accidents during practical activities can be minimized or prevented, thereby creating a safe and comfortable working environment.
