Abstract
usefulness dan confirmation terhadap continuance intention to use dengan satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna aplikasi Bank X. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan melalui metode survei dengan distribusi kuesioner secara daring. Data diperoleh dari 150 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif Bank X, berusia antara 18 hingga 45 tahun, bermukim di DKI Jakarta, dan memiliki niat untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi Bank X. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perceived usefulness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Confirmation juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Selain itu, satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention to use. Perceived usefulness tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap continuance intention to use secara langsung. Namun, confirmation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention to use. Lebih lanjut, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention to use melalui mediasi satisfaction. Confirmation juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention to use melalui mediasi satisfaction. Terakhir, confirmation menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness. Kata Kunci: Perceived Usefulness, Confirmation, Continuance Intention to Use, Satisfaction ***** This study aims to explore the impact of perceived usefulness and confirmation on continuance intention to use with satisfaction as a mediating variable among users of Bank X's application. A quantitative approach was applied through a survey method with online questionnaire distribution. Data was obtained from 150 respondents who were active Bank X users, aged between 18 and 45 years old, residing in DKI Jakarta, and had the intention to continue using the Bank X application. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The research findings revealed that perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Confirmation also showed a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on continuance intention to use. Perceived usefulness did not show a direct effect on continuance intention to use. However, confirmation had a positive and significant effect on continuance intention to use. Furthermore, perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on continuance intention to use through the mediation of satisfaction. Confirmation also had a positive and significant effect on continuance intention to use through the mediation of satisfaction.
