Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi teknologi pembayaran kode QR (QRIS) pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) dengan penambahan variabel Perceived Risk dan Technology Readiness. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Effort Expectancy, Habit, Price Value, dan Technology Readiness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use QRIS, sementara Perceived Risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use. Sebaliknya, Performance Expectancy dan Social Influence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use QRIS. Selanjutnya, Behavioral Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavior. Namun, hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Behavioral Intention tidak memediasi pengaruh Performance Expectancy dan Social Influence terhadap Use Behavior. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa adopsi dan penggunaan QRIS pada pelaku UMKM lebih dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan penggunaan, kebiasaan, nilai manfaat ekonomi, serta kesiapan teknologi dibandingkan dengan harapan kinerja dan pengaruh sosial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi penyedia layanan pembayaran digital dan pemangku kebijakan dalam merancang strategi yang berfokus pada peningkatan kemudahan, kesiapan teknologi, dan pengurangan persepsi risiko guna mendorong penggunaan QRIS secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Technology Readiness; Behavioral Intention; Pembayaran Kode QR; Perceived Risk; UMKM; UTAUT. ***** This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of QR code payment technology (QRIS) among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. This research applies the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) framework with the addition of Perceived Risk and Technology Readiness variables. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed through the distribution of questionnaires to culinary MSME owners. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Effort Expectancy, Habit, Price Value, and Technology Readiness have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use QRIS, while Perceived Risk has a negative effect on Behavioral Intention to Use. In contrast, Performance Expectancy and Social Influence do not have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use QRIS. Furthermore, Behavioral Intention has a significant effect on Use Behavior. However, mediation testing shows that Behavioral Intention does not mediate the effect of Performance Expectancy and Social Influence on Use Behavior. These findings indicate that the adoption and use of QRIS among MSMEs are more strongly influenced by ease of use, Habitual behavior, perceived economic value, and Technology Readiness rather than performance expectations and Social Influence. The implications of this study are expected to serve as a reference for digital payment service providers and policymakers in formulating strategies focused on enhancing ease of use, technological readiness, and risk mitigation to encourage the sustainable use of QRIS.
