Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bimbingan karir, learning agility, dan student engagement terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMK N 25, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial bimbingan karir dan learning agility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, sedangkan student engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun demikian, secara simultan bimbingan karir, learning agility, dan student engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 25.7%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek teknis pembelajaran, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh pembinaan karir dan kemampuan adaptif siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi sekolah dalam meningkatkan layanan bimbingan karir, strategi pembelajaran adaptif, serta pengelolaan keterlibatan siswa agar kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK semakin optimal. Kata kunci: Bimbingan Karir, Learning Agility, Student Engagement, Kesiapan Kerja ***** This study aims to examine the effect of career guidance, learning agility, and student engagement on the work readiness of vocational high school students. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of twelfth-grade students at SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta, with a saturated sampling technique applied. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that career guidance and learning agility have a significant partial effect on students’ work readiness, while student engagement does not show a significant partial effect. However, career guidance, learning agility, and student engagement simultaneously have a significant effect on work readiness, explaining 25.7% of the variance. These findings suggest that students’ work readiness is influenced not only by academic learning processes but also by career development support and adaptive learning abilities. This study is expected to contribute to vocational education by providing insights for schools in improving career guidance services, adaptive learning strategies, and student engagement management to enhance graduates’ work readiness.
